January 2021
I did not do much work in January. Of course Corona  was a big reason for this. Until this month I had not realised how dependent my profession is on hairdressers: one shoot after another got cancelled because 'I haven't been to the hairdresser in weeks and I look terrible right now!'
But also my mother died on January 6th. I had seen her a few days before. Her death came as a terrible shock. I was grateful my schedule had so much room. It allowed me to devote my time to helping prepare her funeral and then help settle her affairs.
I am starting this month with a picture of her.
